At Noventra Future Skills Private Limited, we strive to provide high-quality "no-fluff" training through our 3S Formula. Because our services involve immediate access to digital content, educational packages, and community resources, our refund policy is as follows:
Once a user purchases a Starter, Premium, or Pro Plan and gains access to the digital dashboard, video lessons, or downloadable resources, the service is considered "consumed."
Strict Policy: We do not offer refunds once the course content has been accessed or the "Profit Hub Community" has been joined.
Why? Digital assets are intangible and cannot be "returned" once viewed. This prevents the unauthorized downloading and redistribution of our proprietary "Unfiltered Training System."
If you have opted for a recurring billing plan (if applicable), you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation will stop future billings, but no prorated refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the current month/term.
If you are unable to access your purchased content due to a technical error on our part (e.g., payment was successful but the account was not activated):
Please report the issue to theprofithubcommunity@gmail.com within 24 hours.
If we are unable to resolve the technical access issue within 7 working days, a full refund will be processed and credited to the original payment source within 7 - 10 days.
In the event of a duplicate payment made due to a technical glitch or network error, the extra amount will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after verification.
For users using our platform to hire freelancers:
Payments held in escrow for jobs are subject to the specific dispute resolution process between the client and the freelancer.
Noventra service fees for platform usage are non-refundable once a job post has been successfully listed.
Noventra Future Skills Private Limited reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page and will apply to all purchases made after the "Last Updated" date.
